Yep, we have a living organism on our counter again. And it’s making sweet, sweet kombucha. Well, hopefully. Because otherwise we have been disturbed daily by this horrific science experiment for naught. We’re trying out some ginger flavors and some grape, grape/raspberry flavors. And I’ll let you know how it goes. After two weeks of brewing, they are now bottled and fizzing up as I write and should be ready in a few days.
