January has come and gone. That means spring is a mere month-and-a-half away, friends. Believe it! (Incidentally, does anyone else feel a little gypped this winter? I mean my snowshoes have fallen into a state of depression.)

Anyway, in an effort to stay in the here and now, I am starting a new category on this blog. At the end of each month, I plan to search through Jim’s photos and pick the very one that sums it up best. And just for fun, I’m going to post one from the same month last year too. So we can compare and contrast and remember and be happy all at the same time. A tall order, me thinks, as I will usually have hundreds of photos to pick from.
