We’ve been spending day after day after day at the beach this summer. A few reasons: we live within 15 minutes of 4 great ones; it’s free; we all like it; we can usually convince someone to come with; picnic lunches mean no messes in the kitchen. And frankly, you had me at no messes in the kitchen.

I never seem to remember to pack a camera, and don’t think it’s a great idea anyway (what with the whole water and electronics not co-mingling thing and also the whole lifeguarding two babies near large bodies of water thing). But I have grabbed a few pics on my iPhone that I rather like.

Being on a limited work schedule never looked so good.
