Crawford Farm Lane (the anti-West Troy)

I think it’s safe to say that we will be moving to Milford. We made our initial offer on April 24, and finally came to an agreement with the sellers on April 28. The inspection on May 3rd revealed that the house needs a new septic system, so we submitted a revised offer on Friday late morning. The seller contacted us directly on Saturday saying they were going to accept our revised offer. Closing is 9 days away, and we are moving on May 19.
