340 West Troy: SOLD

Goodbye Ferndale. We sold our house on Sunday. The offer came in late Saturday night–well, it came in at 6, but we didn’t get the message until 10, and we didn’t counter until after 11. The original offer was $30,000 less than what we were asking. After the dust settled on Sunday early afternoon, we agreed to sell our house for $4,400 less than asking and turn over possession on May 25 (that’s really soon). Since we haven’t really identified a house that we are interested in, it should have an interesting week as we try.
